Our Simple Admissions Process

Our mental health treatment center in Tennessee provides customized mental health treatment. Getting the right treatment is essential. The wrong treatment can inhibit your progress and make finding the right medication or coping skills difficult.

With our facility, you learn what factors may have contributed to your condition, how you can manage symptoms of your mental health disorder on a daily basis, and what to do when you are triggered or when stress arises.

They will get to know you and your personal situation in order to best determine which treatment options meet your individual needs. We will begin the process with a short evaluation that helps formulate your individual treatment plan.

Once you reach out to us, we will do a few things while we get to know you and your personal situation. We will first ask you a few questions about what’s going on and what you are looking for in terms of a treatment program. We will also do a verification of benefits so you have full transparency on the costs associated with treatment. Typically, most insurance providers will cover most of those costs leaving you with little to no out-of-pocket costs. Once we have all the information we need, we will determine if our programs are right for you. If not, we will make sure you have options.

Schedule Intake

The last step in the admissions process is scheduling your intake and preparing to enter treatment. When planning for treatment, its important to note that depending on your level of care, you may require supportive housing alongside our PHP services, if so we’ll let you know what to bring when we schedule your date.
